With a Healthcare Provider
Our interactive better mental health toolbox aims to assist in diagnosing problems and opportunities while empowering participants in daily life and struggles they may have outside of the office setting in regaining control, balance, and structure in life.
The concept here is for the Healthcare Provider (HP) to be a witness to the participant’s thoughts, actions, responses to all cards selected or not, and the participant’s ability to understand their choices. For example, the difference in the time it takes a participant to choose between mad, agitated, or angry.
as a "solo adventure"
As with a Healthcare Provider, going it alone, or as we call it “A Solo Adventure” promotes well-being and the creation of a satisfying life filled with meaning, pleasure, engagement, positive relationships, and accomplishment by placing any situation or emotion in a different frame that fits the concrete facts.
The biggest difference in the Solo Adventure is no practitioner. When going solo, you have the option to use the board or select a card from any of the first three categories to work on. You simply select a card and begin to make today matter.
